Not entirely satisfied with your order? You can always return products to us within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Please note: if you did not order directly from our webshop but from one of our partners/marketplaces, you must register your return there. The article must be returned to us in its original condition with packaging. Damaged and used items cannot be treated as returns.

If there is something wrong with one of the ordered products at the time of arrival, please report this to us within 3 days of receipt!

Return procedure:

1. Send us an e-mail with your order number and the products you want to return.
2. Pack your items in their original packaging and include the return form. Remove the old shipping label and attach the new shipping label.
3. After registering your parcel, take it to a post office, keeping your proof of posting.
4. After receiving your return, it will be processed within approximately 5 working days, within 10 working days you can expect the purchase amount to be credited back to your account.

Our return conditions:

• You can return your ordered items within 14 days.
• We only accept returns if they are returned in original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused. Should there be anything with any of your ordered products when opening your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.
• The return costs and the risk of the shipment lie with you, the buyer.
• Your return will be processed within five working days, you will then receive your money back within five working days.
• Returns without sender will be stored at our head office for a maximum of one month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the parcel will be processed through our own administration.
